Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 4332) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 292(JUD)                                                
An Act relating to searches by peace officers who enforce fish                
and game laws, to false statements and omissions in regard to                  
application for fish and game licenses, tags, and permits, and to              
nonresident hunters.                                                           
                                                                               
and the following with a title change authorized by SCR 21:                    
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 292(RLS) am S                             
An Act relating to false statements and omissions in regard to                
application for fish and game licenses, tags, and permits and to               
nonresident hunters.

Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 292(JUD), thus adopting SCSCSHB292(RLS)                      
am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.                               
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment
